WHY LEMON BALM?
Lemon balm may belong to the mint family, but as its name suggests, this European herb is famous for its lemony scent and flavour. In ancient Greece, the plant was known as Melissa, the Greek word for honeybee, since bees are very attracted to its small, fragrant flowers. Known for it's anti-oxidant properties, humans have cultivated lemon balm for over two millennia and used it as a herbal remedy to help promote good sleep, aid digestion and soothe stress.

HOW TO DRINK
Fresh water is essential for brewing a great cup. Use 1 teabag per cup of boiling water. Cover and steep for 3 to 6 minutes. Remove tea bag and place in your compostable bin. Enjoy!
