Nettle herbal infusions are made from the leaves, and has a fresh, earthy sweet flavour that is not dissimilar to seaweed. Drink it on its own or add a bit of sugar or honey for a delightfully sweet herbal brew.

HOW TO DRINK
Fresh water is essential for brewing a great cup. Use 1 teabag per cup of boiling water. Cover and steep for 3 to 6 minutes. Remove tea bag and place in your compostable bin. Enjoy!
